The following services are strictly non-refundable:
API services once approved, activated and used.
Payments made for one-time setup, onboarding, or integration fees.
Refund requests due to changes in business operations after payment.
Partial usage of API credits does not entitle clients to a refund.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be processed under the following circumstances:
Incorrect Payment Deduction – If a client is charged incorrectly due to a system error, E-WORLD DIGIFINTEL PVT LTD will verify and process a refund.
Duplicate Payments – If a client makes a duplicate payment for the same service, the excess amount will be refunded upon verification.
Service Non-Approval – If E-WORLD DIGIFINTEL PVT LTD, the Bank, or the Service Provider does not approve the requested service, a refund will be initiated.
Exemptions from Refunds
Client Errors: E-WORLD DIGIFINTEL PVT LTD will not process refunds for payments made in error, incorrect account details, or API misconfiguration by the client.
Third-Party Failures: E-WORLD DIGIFINTEL PVT LTD is not liable for any service disruptions caused by third-party providers, including banks, payment gateways, or network failures.
Unauthorized Usage: If an account is accessed by unauthorized parties, E-WORLD DIGIFINTEL PVT LTD is not responsible for any transactions made.
How to Request a Refund
Clients must email their respective Relationship Manager and copy info@digifintel.com, including transaction details and the reason for the refund request.
E-WORLD DIGIFINTEL PVT LTD will review and verify refund requests.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 90 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Refunds will not be issued in cash or transferred to a third-party account.
Chargeback Policy
Clients must contact E-WORLD DIGIFINTEL PVT LTD support before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services.
E-WORLD DIGIFINTEL PVT LTD reserves the right to take legal action to recover losses from fraudulent chargeback claims.
Any chargeback fees imposed by financial institutions will be passed on to the client.
